Rules & Responsibilities

* Office hours  :  In Time 9.00a.m  and Out Time 7.00p.m. from the call. Should be punctual. If direct call is given then you have to reach there by 9:00am, by default.

* Leave : Application in writing before one week for which leave is shout. If not applied or granted he will be treated as two days absent.

* Conveyance : At actual will be paid on 10th, 20th and last day of every month by cash.

* Dress code : Only formal trousers (No jeans/Denim etc.) Only formal half sleeves shirts (No printed shirts, T-shirts, Kurta type etc.) Dress should be neat & clean.

* Should understand & solve client queries & problem.

* Should be able to maintain good relationship with clients.

* Confident, Group discussion & knowledge sharing attitude with colleagues.

* Must be comfortable with learning new programs and workflows, often with little guidance.
* Resolve reported customer issues.

* Maintain a professional phone and other communication manner. Its your responsibility to inform in the office when you reach at & leave from customer office.

* Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, and act as a liaison between customers and comPROMPT Solutions.

* If could not solve any problem at customer side try to find its solution with the help of internet and colleagues.

* Respect others.

* Resignation : Anybody can leave job by giving 2 month prior notice
